One on One Brand Understanding
Each client is assigned a customer manager and a design executive, who serve as your points of contact throughout the entire product cycle, from development to delivery. Our team collaborates closely with you to understand your unique vision and brand identity, ensuring our designs reflect your aesthetic and target market.

Design Development & Costing
Our designers and merchandisers work together on CAD/3D designs/Fabric sourcing and costings, aligning each piece with your brand’s style and budget. Once approved, we move into prototype development.

Prototyping & Production Approval
After you review the prototype, we proceed with bulk fabric booking, trim selection, and an initial First of Bulk (FOB) production. Pre-Production Samples (PPS) are provided for your approval before full-scale production begins. We ensure transparency with regular videos and photos of your product on the production line. If you also handle wholesale or would like to start, we are well-versed in the SMS (Sales Man Samples) process and can provide it for you.

Quality Control & Ethical Delivery
We adhere to AQL Level 1 quality standards, the highest in the industry, to guarantee exceptional quality. Before shipping, we provide comprehensive quality audit reports, including in-line, final, and cross audits. Once you review and approve the reports, we send packing lists and videos of the packed products. After your final approval, we manage shipping, setting you up for consistent success season after season. As an ethical manufacturer, we ensure every step aligns with responsible sourcing and production standards.
